Meet Demitri’s Kit Instagram Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Meet Demitri’s Kit Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Demitri’s Bloody Mary (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on December 1st at 12:00 AM ET and will continue on a monthly rolling basis until canceled by Sponsor.
Each monthly entry period begins on the first day of the calendar month at 12:00 AM ET and ends on the last day of the calendar month at 11:59 PM ET (each, a “Monthly Entry Period”).
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time.
4. How to Enter
To enter, during the Entry Period:

Send a direct message containing the word “BLOODY” to @demitrisbloodymary on Instagram.

Follow @demitrisbloodymary on Instagram.

Provide a valid email address when prompted via direct message.
Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
No purchase is required to enter or win.
5. Prize
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Meet Demitri’s Kit, which includes:

RimShot Garnishing Salts

Garnishes and branded extras
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $65 per prize.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor after the Entry Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message and/or email. If a selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Winners may be announced on Sponsor’s social media channels.
7. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used for Sweepstakes administration and marketing purposes in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. We will never share your information. This helps us contact the winners.
8. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
9. Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you release Instagram of all responsibility related to this Sweepstakes.
